From business questions to a practical AI shortlist.
The AI Opportunity Snapshot helps a business explore where AI could be useful. A responsive assessment turns structured answers into a prioritised report. Behind it, connected intake handles report delivery and CRM updates, bringing the customer experience and business operations together.

The business problem
An open-ended AI conversation can be hard to begin. Owners need an accessible way to relate the possibilities to their own work.
The business also needs to handle interest consistently: retain context, deliver the requested information and connect the enquiry with its operational tools.
Inside the experience
How the system works
01
Understand the business
Structured questions collect the context needed to identify relevant opportunities.
02
Show the reasoning
Deterministic scoring produces a prioritised shortlist with readiness, complexity and risk considerations.
03
Connect the next step
An optional report request carries validated context into the delivery and CRM workflow.
The engineering behind it
BrisAI built a responsive multi-step assessment and a deterministic scoring engine, connecting business answers to fifteen stable opportunity entries.
Results explain the shortlist and its assumptions. The optional report request sends server-validated results to the delivery workflow.
A separate enquiry path accepts a short project message. The documented intake system logs receipt, prepares structured context, updates HubSpot and sends acknowledgements and operator notifications.

Evidence and operation
Built as a connected studio system.
The assessment, scoring engine and intake architecture are implemented in BrisAI’s own software. The example shown uses fictional business answers; it illustrates the experience rather than a client outcome.
Indicative recommendations
The report is based on questionnaire answers. A project assessment examines the actual processes, data and business case.
Operational evidence
The interface and documented integration demonstrate the implementation. This write-up does not report customer conversion, revenue or time savings.
Where this could take your business
